Take Two - Day 30: Food theme

Der vorletzte Tag der Challenge, dadam. Wirklich schade, ich hätte gerne noch weiter gemacht...

Today's the second to the last day of this challenge. Too bad, I'd have loved to go on for a while...

Day 30: Food theme

Jessie hat heute richtig süße Erdbeer-Nägel gemacht :) Und weil mir die so gut gefallen, dachte ich mir 1. probiere ich mal ihr Tutorial aus und 2. nehme ich Früchte als heutiges Thema. Die Wassermelone war vielleicht kompliziert, der blöde grüne Lack wollte einfach nicht decken geschweige denn trocknen...

Jessie did some super cute strawberry nails today :) And because I like them so much I decided to 1. try her tutorial and 2. take fruits as today's theme. The watermelon was really complicated to do as the green polish absolutely did neither want to cover nor to dry...

Aber das Resultat gefällt mir dennoch recht gut... Ist bestimmt auch ein schönes Motiv im Sommer - Wie auf Bestellung schien nämlich heute auch schön die Sonne (nachdem es heftigt geschüttet hatte...) :)

Yet I quite like the result... It's probably a nice motive for summer, too. The sun must also have thought this as it shone bright today (after it had rained a lot...) :)

Der Countdown läuft: Noch 3 Tage bis Silvester... Und noch 3 Tage, dann ist auch diese Challenge schon wieder rum. Wow, die Zeit vergeht echt schnell.

Day 28: Education theme

Für heute ist mir nur das typische Bleistift-Design eingefallen... Irgendjemand hatte dazu mal ein gutes Tutorial, aber ich find's einfach nicht wieder. Naja, ich denke man kann sich's auch so erschließen wie das geht ;)
Apropos Tutorial, wollt ihr eigentlich von einem Design mal ein Tutorial haben? Wenn ja, meldet euch einfach per Kommentar :)

For today I could only think of the typical pencil nailart... Someone had a really great tutorial for this, but I can't find it anymore. Well, one can probably imagine how it was done ;)
Apropos tutorial, does anyone of you want to see a tutorial of one of my designs? If so, just write it in the comments :)

Take Two - Day 9: Inspired by your location

Wenn heute jemand nicht erkennt, woher ich komme - Schande über meine Nagelkünste :D

Day 9: Inspired by your location

Auch wenn ich hier geboren wurde, im Herzen komme ich aus dem Norden. Deshalb konnte ich auf meine Nägel auch nur das zaubern, was man so als "typisch bayrisch" bezeichnet... Brezen, Dirndl, Lebkuchenherzen, die bayrische Flagge und Bier :D

Though I was born here, my heart's home is in the north of Germany. That's why I could only paint on my nails what is known as "typical bavarian"... Pretzels, dirndl, gingerbread hearts, the bavarian flag and beer :D

Irgendwie gefallen mir meine Nägel heute total :D Aber ich glaube nicht, dass ich sie ernsthaft mal tragen würde... (Ja, ich hab sie danach recht schnell wieder entfernt ^^)

Somehow I really like my nails today :D Yet I don't think I'd wear them seriously... (Yes, I removed them quite fast again ^^)

This is just a quick post for today's challenge.

Day 6: Inspired by an animal

Keine Zeit, aber Stamping-Schablonen - Das passt doch wunderbar zusammen. Leoprint wollte ich nicht, Zebra hatte ich grade erst. Aber bleiben wir mal in Afrika und nehmen die Giraffe :)

No time, but stamping plates - That fits perfectly. Leoprint was too mainstream :P and I just had a zebra-one. But I stayed in Africa and took the giraffe :)

Das Braun ist irgendwie heller als erwartet, aber im Ganzen gefällt mir das Design doch ganz gut :)

Though the brown is a little lighter than I expected, but all in all I like the design :)
